I'm trying to snag some Jordan 4s for my brothers birthday next month and I'm honestly super stressed about missing the drop. I live out in a pretty rural part of Ohio and our internet is so flaky sometimes so every second counts for me. I've been doing some digging and I read on a couple subreddits that the SNKRS app is basically the only way but then I saw a blog post saying the regular Nike app actually sends notifications faster for general restocks. Then some guy on Twitter was swearing that the email links are the only thing that actually works for him.

So I was thinking maybe I should just stick to the app but my logic was that if my service is bad the push notification might just get stuck in limbo. But then if I'm waiting on an email that might take minutes to actually hit my inbox and by then everything is gone. I only have about 220 bucks saved up for this so I really cant afford to miss the retail drop and have to buy from some reseller for double the price. Does the app always beat the email or is it the other way around? I read that some people get early access emails but they never see a notification on their phone at all which makes no sense to me. I'm just sitting here worried I'm gonna be looking at the wrong screen when they go live...

My budget is strictly 400 bucks for the gpu and every time I think I found a deal it disappears. I’ve been using pcpartpicker but the email alerts are way too slow and half the time the link is dead or the price changed back. I also saw people talking about nowinstock but it looks kind of outdated or maybe I just dont know how to set it up right for gpus?

I really need something that pings my phone immediately when a price drops at like Newegg or Amazon. What are the best websites or maybe discord bots for actually fast gpu price drop alerts?

Its £180 right now but I really need it under £150 to stay in budget. I've been looking at CamelCamelCamel and Keepa but I honestly dont know which one is faster for price drop alerts. Camel looks simpler but Keepa has those crazy graphs that seem more pro so I'm leaning that way... but then I saw some people talking about Honey? My logic was that an app might be better than an extension since I'm out of the house a lot and need to buy it the second it drops. Which one is actually the most reliable for UK specific deals?

I've been looking at the older Sony RX100 models like the Mark III or maybe a Lumix ZS100 because they fit my $400 budget but honestly everything on eBay is either beat to hell or way over my price point.

My logic was that a 1-inch sensor would be way better than my iPhone 14 but then I read some threads saying the older tech isn't even worth it anymore so now I'm just stuck. Is there literally anything worth buying for $400 that isn't ten years old? I just want something pocketable for street shots...
