I finally pulled the trigger on the X-T5 and man my wallet is hurting lol. I've been looking at what else I need to actually use this thing properly because the grip feels a bit shallow for my hands. I keep seeing the SmallRig handgrip mentioned everywhere but then I saw a post saying it makes the camera feel way too heavy and another guy said it makes it hard to swap the battery out quickly. Then there is the whole SD card situation. Everyone says go V90 but those things are like 100 bucks for one card which is insane after what I just spent.

I'm going to Japan in like three weeks for a huge trip and I really need to get this sorted before I leave. I'm mainly doing street photography but might try some 4k video. Here is what I'm looking for:

Something to make the grip better without adding a ton of weight to the bag

Batteries that wont explode (is third party okay or should I stick to Fuji??)

A strap that doesnt dig into my neck after 10 hours of walking around Tokyo

Budget is strictly under $200 for everything together

I'm just kinda lost because there are a million options and half of them look like junk from some random brand I've never heard of. What are the actual essentials that I wont regret buying?

I've been managing our Amazon Business account for our design shop here in Chicago for a few years now and usually it's pretty smooth sailing. Recently though we scaled up and added a few new junior designers to the team which has pushed our monthly overhead to nearly $5,000 and I'm starting to see some weird stuff show up in the cart that probably shouldn't be there. I'm trying to get a handle on the spend before the end of the quarter.

I went into the settings to try and set up some basic approval workflows because I'm familiar with how other procurement software handles this but man the Amazon UI is surprisingly clunky for this specific thing. I figured out how to add the team members but I'm getting stuck on the conditional part. I really need a way to set a hard limit where anything over like $100 needs my manual okay but I also want to whitelist certain categories like printer ink or paper so they can just buy that without waiting on me to check my email every five minutes.

Does anyone know if there's a way to actually stack these rules or do I have to pick one or the other? I can't seem to find the option to make exceptions for specific product categories within the approval policy...

What lens should I buy for taking landscape photos on a Sony a7R V because I am totally overwhelmed and I have a huge trip coming up in less than two weeks? I feel really stupid asking this but I just bought the camera body because the salesperson told me it was the top of the line for detail but I didnt realize it doesnt actually come with a lens attached to it. I opened the box and it's just the sensor staring at me and now I'm panicking because I leave for my honeymoon in Iceland in ten days and I have nothing to take pictures with.

I want to get those amazing, huge shots of the waterfalls and the big green mountains and maybe the northern lights if we are lucky but I have no idea what all the numbers on the lenses mean. Someone told me I need a wide angle but then I see things like 16-35mm or 24-70mm and I dont know which one makes the mountains look better. I have about $1500 left to spend which I know is a lot but I already spent so much on the camera itself that I cant really go much higher than that.

Does it matter if the lens says G or GM on it or is that just for pros? I just want something that is easy to carry around while we are hiking but will give me those really crisp photos like you see on travel blogs. Also do I need to buy a specific brand or does any lens fit on it? I saw some that say Sigma or Tamron and they are cheaper but I dont want to break the camera by putting the wrong thing on it. I'm just really worried I'm gonna mess this up and come home with blurry pictures of the most beautiful place in the world because I bought the wrong glass. If anyone can just tell me exactly what to order right now so it gets here before my flight I would be so grateful...

Honestly I am about to lose my mind with our office amazon account. I'm trying to get supplies ready for a big product shoot we have here in Chicago on Monday morning and every time I log in the cart has changed. I've got five different designers all adding random stuff like expensive art pens and heavy duty cable ties but then someone else deletes the whole cart or checks out before I'm actually done reviewing everything. We have a $2,000 budget for this specific project and I'm seeing weird charges on our company card because people just hit buy now without thinking. It's absolute chaos and I spent two hours yesterday trying to untangle who ordered what and which project it even belongs to. It's so messy and we really need a better system because this is taking up way too much of my time when I should be prepping for the actual shoot. Amazon Business is supposed to make this easier but right now it's just a headache. How on earth do you guys manage a shared amazon business cart for a team without it becoming a total disaster? Is there some kind of approval setting I'm missing or do you just use wish lists or what because I'm ready to just lock everyone out...
