Im seriously getting so tired of the Amazon Business dashboard, it is actually the most unintuitive thing Ive ever used lol. I run a tiny design studio in Chicago and we try to keep our supply spend under 500 a month but every time I go to check our totals it feels like a chore. My logic was that their Analytics tool would just have a simple monthly bar chart or something easy for taxes but no. Ive been clicking through these endless reports and its just a wall of text and individual orders. Does anyone have a better way to actually see what was spent each month without having to manually add up twenty different invoices? I really need a solution before I have to do my quarterly books next week...
I hit a wall with this last month and almost missed my tax deadline because of those confusing reports. The analytics tab is a total trap. You might want to consider just checking the Business Order History and filtering by date. Be careful though, make sure you look at shipped orders only. I would suggest downloading the monthly billing statements instead, theyre way more straightforward for tracking totals.
