I literally just got my M11 and I'm leaving for a street photography trip to Italy this Friday so I'm in a total rush to find a leather half case before I go. I'm looking at the Arte di Mano because they look amazing but I'm worried about the lead time to New York. My other option is the Oberwerth cases which seem easier to get fast but I've heard they can be a bit stiff? I've got maybe $400 max to spend but speed is the biggest thing right now. Between the Arte di Mano and Oberwerth, which one is actually worth the rush and will actually show up by Thursday morning?

Honestly, if you are leaving this Friday, you might want to consider the logistics very carefully before even looking at Arte di Mano. I would suggest avoiding any custom orders from Korea with such a tight window. Even with priority shipping, customs delays at JFK are common, and you dont want to be chasing a package while youre trying to catch a flight. It is much safer to go with something already on the ground in the US... otherwise you might end up with nothing. I have used the Oberwerth Half Case for Leica M11 Black Leather and the stiffness people mention is actually a benefit imo. It provides a more solid frame for the Leica M11 Digital Rangefinder and wont sag over time like softer hides. Since you are in New York, you should probably check the Leica Store in SoHo or B&H. They usually have these in stock. If you order today with overnight shipping, you will actually have it in your hands by Wednesday. Make sure to verify that the model you pick has the access door for the battery and USB-C port. I would also suggest looking at the Leica M11 Protector Leather Black if you cant find the Oberwerth tho. It is a bit more basic but the fit is guaranteed and it is very reliable for street photography. Just be careful not to rush into a purchase from a boutique site that doesnt show live inventory... that is a recipe for a headache you dont need right now.

Regarding what #2 said about "^ This. Also, since you're in New York,..." - unfortunately it's pretty disappointing that the best gear always seems to have the worst lead times. I've had issues with those luxury boutique brands taking weeks just to clear customs, which is the last thing you need right now. To summarize the thread so far: Arte di Mano is a total no-go for a Thursday deadline, and the Oberwerth stuff is likely gonna feel too rigid for your taste. Since you're in a rush, maybe look at the Vi Vante Quilted Black Leather Half Case for Leica M11. It's much more supple than those stiff German cases and they usually ship from the US. Quick tip: make sure you get one with an open bottom for the battery. Swapping cards in the middle of a crowded square is way worse when you have to unscrew the whole case. Have a blast in Italy tho, the light there is just different!

^ This. Also, since you're in New York, I'd suggest looking at the Lim's Design Italian Minerva Leather Half Case for Leica M11. It features a solid aluminum base which provides more structural rigidity than the Oberwerth Classic Leather Half Case Leica M11. It's a pragmatic choice for a trip because the bottom is Arca-Swiss compatible and local shops usually have them for overnight delivery.
