Ive been shooting with the X-series for a decade and usually know my way around the seasonal sales but 2026 is feeling like a total bust so far. My X-T4s IBIS just started acting up and I have a huge wedding gig in Oregon at the end of July so Im desperate to upgrade to an X-T5 or maybe an X-H2.
Amazons Fuji listings are a disaster right now with zero stock or just scalpers charging way over MSRP. Im trying to stay under $1,600 and Im losing my mind scrolling through pages of generic accessories. Does anyone actually know where the real Prime Day deals are hiding this year or do I have to wait for some random flash sale at B&H?

Amazon's a mess. My X-T3 shutter jammed during a summer wedding once so I'm always cautious tho.
- check Adorama open-box
- try Fujifilm X-T5 Mirrorless Body I would suggest avoiding scalpers.

Just catching up on the thread. One quick thing before you commit to a purchase... are you doing much video for this wedding or is it strictly stills? Knowing your video needs would help narrow down if the X-H2 cooling and sensor are actually worth the extra weight or if you should stick with the X-T5 for the dials. Since Amazon is a total mess with the scalpers right now, hitting that $1,600 target requires a more methodical approach. Here are a few paths that usually work better for staying in budget:
- Fujifilm X-T5 Mirrorless Digital Camera Body Black - check smaller authorized dealers like Focus Camera or Moment; they often have better stock and wont hike prices like the marketplace sellers.
- Fujifilm X-H2 Mirrorless Digital Camera Body - these occasionally pop up on the official Fujifilm refurbished store for right around your budget, and they still come with a warranty. I wouldnt rely on Prime Day for high-end bodies anyway since the real discounts are usually on lenses and generic gear.
