I've been eyeing the Canon EOS R5 for a while now, and I'm finally ready to take the plunge. However, I want to make sure I'm getting the best possible deal. Where have you found the most competitive prices on this camera?

tbh im pretty disappointed with how the prices are staying so high. i really thought wed see a bigger dip by now... unfortunately i had a nightmare experience once with a seller that seemed legit but turned out to be gray market stuff with no local warranty. huge mistake and a total waste of money when the shutter started acting up. just a heads up, definitely watch out for those deals that seem way too cheap. usually theyre bait and switch or theyve been stripped of the original accessories. what are you planning on shooting mostly tho? like video or high res stills? makes a difference in what kind of kit i would suggest looking for. let me know and i can try to help you find something that isnt a total trap...

After Canon released EOS R5 Mark II, the price for original EOS R5 should be go down.
