I'm thrilled about DJI's upcoming 360 camera. As someone who's mostly standardized on DJI products for their superior quality and consistent UI, the Insta360 X4 is my only non-DJI camera. For the new Osmo 360 to succeed, DJI must focus on two key aspects:
Improving their mobile and desktop editing software. 360 video relies heavily on user-friendly, high-quality editing tools.
Developing sturdy, user-replaceable glass lenses. Current 360 cameras are too fragile, and existing lens guards aren't adequate.
If DJI can address these points, particularly the vulnerable lenses issue, they could create the ultimate 360 camera, surpassing competitors in the market.
