Hello, I'm planning to use it with Olympus PEN-F and need a prime lens recommendation. What would you take?

Have you considered the weight? Some prime lens options are lighter for Olympus PEN-F.

Have you checked if Olympus PEN-F has any specific compatibility requirements?

After some research, I went with Olympus M.Zuiko 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO for my Olympus PEN-F. In my experience, it's been very reliable. not to mention compatible with Olympus PEN-F without any issues. Would definitely buy again.

I settled on Olympus M.Zuiko 45mm f/1.2 PRO for my Olympus PEN-F. From what i've seen, it's been very reliable. on top of that designed well for Olympus PEN-F. Really happy I went with this one.

Late to the party but honestly im super happy with the Olympus M.Zuiko 17mm f/1.8 on mine. Its tiny, metal, and just works well without making the camera feel front-heavy. One quick tip... definitely check the physical dimensions before you buy anything. Some of these primes are way bigger than you think and they totally block the grip or just feel awkward on a small body like the PEN-F. Also, ive found that native lenses just handle the stabilization better without any weird glitches. Stick to the smaller glass and youll be much more satisfied with the daily handling. No complaints here tho!
