Which essential accessories should I buy for an Olympus OM-D?

Just grabbed an E-M10 for a hiking trip in the Alps next week but I'm totally overwhelmed. People keep saying to buy a grip and spare batteries but then others say the grip ruins the weight and OEM batteries are a scam. I only have 80 bucks left.

What are the absolute essential accessories I actually need?

Just a quick heads up from my years with the Olympus OM-D E-M10! I love it so much but I once did a trek through the Rockies and totally skimped on a screen protector. Huge mistake! A stray rock scratched my LCD day one and it broke my heart. Definitely dont buy those bottom-of-the-barrel generic chargers tho... I had one start smoking once. Scary as hell, honestly! Have a fantastic trip!
