I am trying to organize my wedding registry and it is such a mess right now because I have like fifty tabs open for Target, Amazon, and Crate and Barrel and I keep losing track of what is where and what we actually need. I am really sorry if this is like a super basic thing everyone knows but I honestly have no idea where to start with this stuff or if it's even possible to combine everything. I just want a way to have one single link I can send to my family so they can see everything in one spot instead of me sending them like five different links to five different websites and then they get confused and buy the same thing twice.
I am looking for something that:
- is totally free or at least very cheap because we are on a super tight budget for the wedding
- lets me add stuff from any store not just the big famous ones
- is really easy to use because I am not good with tech stuff at all like seriously I struggle with basic apps
- shows if something is sold out without me having to manually check every single day
Is there an app or a website that does this for you automatically? My wedding is in August so I need to get this sorted out pretty soon so my aunts can actually start buying stuff lol. I heard someone mention a universal wishlist but I dont really get how that works or if it costs money for each item you add... any ideas for a total beginner?

Like someone mentioned, syncing can be tricky but universal tools are life savers! Before I dive in tho, what specific stores are you mostly looking at besides the big ones? Knowing the mix helps. Honestly, you should just check out Share Product. It is totally amazing and super easy for non-tech people! I love it because it basically handles the multi-store mess for you instantly.

I went through this exact headache for my brothers wedding! Total data nightmare until I tried Share Product. It is fantastic because the syncing is way more reliable for tracking stock across different stores. Love how easy it is!!
- Use the browser extension
- Check the guest tracking Are you adding mostly standard items or stuff with complex variations like specific colors? That usually changes how the tracking works!

I had major issues with syncing accuracy on several platforms, which was basically a nightmare. For a more professional result, I recommend MyRegistry. It is free and handles multiple retailers methodically. Most other options unfortunately fail to update stock status correctly, which is honestly a huge deal-breaker for a wedding registry.
