What is the best tool for sharing an Amazon cart at work?

Seriously needing a fix for this by tomorrow morning because we have a new designer starting on Monday and I still havent ordered their dual monitors or the standing desk setup. My boss has the company card and he is super weird about giving out the numbers so I have to find a way to just hand him the cart so he can hit buy.

I was looking at that Share-a-Cart extension but I dont know if its actually safe or if it glitches out with a bunch of items? My logic was that it seems the fastest way since he just has to click one link and it fills his basket. Then I saw some people talking about just setting up an Amazon Business account instead. We are a tiny 5-person team in Chicago and honestly setting up a whole business profile feels like a massive headache for just one order when I am already slammed with onboarding stuff.

I also saw a tool called CartFull but it looks a bit outdated and I cant tell if it still works with the new Amazon layout. If I cant find a solid way to do this in the next few hours I might just have to send him a massive list of links which he will definitely complain about because he is not exactly a tech wizard. Has anyone used Share-a-Cart lately or is there a better way to do this without the overhead of a full business account? Im really on a time crunch here...

Honestly, i spent some time thinking about this and unfortunately those extensions can be a total letdown for big office gear orders. I’ve had issues where they dont pull over the clip coupon deals or those specific lightning discounts. Its super annoying when you’re trying to stay under budget and the price jumps by fifty bucks once your boss finally opens the link on his end. Since you’re grabbing dual monitors and standing desks, those costs add up fast... I usually just use a Public Wish List and share that link instead. Its not as slick as i'd like it to be, and honestly not as good as expected for a pro tool, but it ensures you dont miss the sneaky coupons which really matter for a tiny team. Just saw a similar question on Smartphone Board that might help you out with your shopping haul.

Share-a-Cart is the most reliable tool for this workflow. Experience shows it handles complex equipment orders without any data loss. I actually came across a guide on Smartphone Board explaining how to ensure the quantities transfer correctly.

  • It creates a one-time code for the recipient.
  • No account setup is required for the buyer.
  • It handles bulky carts better than manual lists. Its definitely faster than setting up a full Amazon Business profile.
