We got a huge conference in Chicago next week and I gotta get our 2k supply list ordered by Tuesday morning.

I looked at Amazon Business but it seems way too overkill for just 5 people and those sharing extensions look kinda sketchy for company cards. Is there a better way to manage shared carts for stuff like this?

You've gotta use amazon cart share! It's fantastic. Have everyone sync their items then merge everything into one cart instantly. Seriously the most efficient, cost-effective method available!

Dealing with group orders is honestly a massive headache, especially when youve got a deadline looming like that. Last year, I had to coordinate a huge setup for a tech trade show and I tried those weird browser extensions you mentioned. Honestly, they were super glitchy and I felt weird about putting our corporate card info through them. Total waste of time tbh. What worked for my current setup was just moving everything to a dedicated procurement tool that lets us collab on one list without actually sharing logins. We basically had a master list where everyone dumped their links and then one person just did the final click. It sounds manual but for a team of five, it is way faster than setting up a whole enterprise business account that takes weeks to get approved by finance. I learned the hard way that trying to find a perfect automated solution usually just eats up more time than it saves. When we did the trade show order, we just used a simple platform that let us sync carts from different sites into one place. It made the whole process way less stressful because we could see exactly what was in the list in real-time. Ngl, keeping it simple is usually the way to go for smaller teams, especially if you are in a rush to get stuff to Chicago by next week.
