It basically wont do anything for Newegg listings. In my experience over the years, the best way to handle this is to use a site called PCPartPicker. I have used it for nearly every build I have done and it tracks Newegg, Amazon, and a bunch of other retailers all in one spot. It is way more reliable for a beginner because it also checks for compatibility issues which is huge when you are starting out. Since you are on a tight budget of 600, you really need to be cautious about where you put your money. I have seen too many people try to save a few bucks on no-name parts and regret it later. Honestly, just get any graphics card from MSI and you are gonna be fine. I have always found them to be the most reliable brand for builds like this. For your power supply, just stick with Corsair. You really cannot go wrong with their stuff and it is worth the peace of mind knowing your pc wont fry. Building your first rig is a big deal and it is totally normal to feel a bit overwhelmed by the prices. Just keep an eye on the price history charts on the tracking site... it shows you if that Newegg price is actually a good deal or if it was cheaper last week. If you need more help picking out the rest of the parts, just let me know. I can definitely help you check if everything fits together right.
