What are the best free apps for tracking sneaker releases?

Ive been scouring the web for a solid way to track sneaker drops since I really want those New Balance 9060s coming up but honestly the more I look the more confused I get. I saw Sole Retriever mentioned in a few threads but it seems like there is a massive waitlist plus they want you to pay for the actual fast alerts which just isnt an option for me right now since im a broke student in Chicago. Then there is the SNKRS app but that is obviously just for Nike stuff. Is there actually a decent free app that covers different brands and sends legit notifications without having to join a cook group or pay a monthly sub?
