When is the actual best time to get Nike Tech Fleece on sale because honestly the prices are insane right now. I spent like an hour looking at different sites and some people say wait for the big summer clearance in July while others swear by the Black Friday deals but I checked the Nike site last week and it was all full price still. Im in Chicago and really need a new set for the winter since it's already getting chilly but my budget is strictly under $80 for the top part. Should I just wait for the holiday sales or is there some random time in like October when they drop prices to clear out old colors? I dont wanna miss out and have to pay $130...

You might want to consider that late October usually sees some random price drops on older stock.
Be careful with Black Friday tho because common sizes disappear in seconds once they hit that price. Quick questions for you:
