Found this thread just now. Honestly, you cant go wrong if you stay with the Apple ecosystem for your watch. I've been very satisfied with how the recent ones handle health tracking and the battery life has finally reached a point where I have no complaints.
- Just get any recent version from Apple and you'll be fine
- Look for the standard aluminum casing for the best deals
- Check the big box stores since they're clearing shelf space The processing power in these things has basically plateaued so you arent losing much by skipping the absolute newest model.
