Finally, DJI RS 4 Mini has just shown up at FCCID. The official announcement could be soon, 1-3 months. Stay tuned.

Ngl I'm betting on early 2025. DJI usually takes forever once the FCC filings hit lately. I was super hyped for the DJI RS 3 Mini but the motor jitters with my heavier setup made it basically unusable for pro work. Heres what I've been checking for updates:
- DroneDJ (they usually get the internal memos first)
- The FCCID database directly for the SS3 grantee code
- Jasper Ellens on X for the early leaked photos I had high hopes for a 2024 drop but everything points to a delay. If it doesnt have the auto-locking axes like the DJI RS 3 Pro, its gonna be a huge disappointment. I actually picked up a Zhiyun Crane M3S recently out of frustration and it honestly handles the weight better, even if the software is kinda clunky. DJI really needs to step it up with the motor torque on these smaller units.
