What are the best ND filters for DJI Mini 4 Pro?

Hey everyone! I finally pulled the trigger on the DJI Mini 4 Pro recently and I have been absolutely blown away by the image quality coming out of this tiny drone. However, I have run into a bit of a snag during my midday flights. Since the Mini 4 Pro has that wide fixed f/1.7 aperture, my shutter speeds are hitting 1/2000 or even higher just to get a proper exposure in the sun. The resulting footage looks super jittery and lacks that smooth, cinematic motion blur I am really after.

I know I need a solid set of ND filters to follow the 180-degree rule, but I am feeling a bit overwhelmed by the sheer number of options available right now. I have seen some really cheap kits on Amazon, but I am worried about potential color casting or the filters being too heavy for the gimbal to handle. Since I use the vertical shooting mode quite often, I am especially concerned about any extra weight causing calibration errors or shaking during those 90-degree rotations.

I have been looking closely at the Freewell All Day kit and the official DJI sets, but I am curious if anyone has hands-on experience with them on this specific model. I have also heard some people mention hybrid ND/PL filters for cutting glare off the water, but I am not sure if those are more of a headache to align correctly while the drone is in the air. I really do not want to compromise the sharpness of the lens with low-quality glass after spending so much on the drone itself.

I usually fly in very bright coastal conditions, so I am thinking I will definitely need at least an ND16, ND32, and probably an ND64 for those high-sun hours. Are there any specific sets that are easy to snap on and off in the field without feeling like you are going to break the camera housing?

Honestly, that fixed f/1.7 aperture is such a double-edged sword. Its brilliant for low light but a total nightmare for midday coastal flights. I have spent way too much time landing and swapping glass just because the sun popped out from behind a cloud for five minutes. It is so frustrating trying to maintain that 180-degree rule when the camera is basically a light magnet. Before you pull the trigger on anything, I have a couple questions to help narrow it down:

What is your actual budget for these, or are you looking for the cheapest option that wont fry the gimbal motors?

Are you planning on doing long exposures of the water, or just standard cinematic video? I would be really careful with some of those cheaper sets you mentioned. I have seen way too many people ruin their gimbal calibration because they wanted to save twenty bucks on glass that was just a gram too heavy.

Generic brands: Cheaper but risk motor burnout

DJI kits: Safest weight but pricey

Freewell DJI Mini 4 Pro Filters All Day 6-Pack: Great glass but way more expensive for what you get. I'd stay away from the ND/PL hybrids tho.
