Which of these should I actually buy: the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P or the Insta360 Luna Ultra? I need to order one by tomorrow night for my trip to Tokyo next week. Budget is $500 max. I'll be using it for walking vlogs and filming food stalls.
I read online that the DJI has way better low-light because of the sensor, but then some reviews say the Insta360 has insane stabilization and better audio. I'm torn because Tokyo gets super bright but I'll also be shooting at night markets. I can't figure out which one handles that transition better without looking grainy. Which one is less of a headache?
Like someone mentioned, the Pocket is solid, but DJI Osmo Action 4 Standard Combo is a safer, cheaper bet. It handles night markets fine and is basically indestructible for travel.
The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P 1-inch Sensor 4K works best for night markets, while Insta360 Luna Ultra 6K Camera has better stabilization. I'd pick DJI. Let me know if you need tips!
Deciding on gear for Tokyo reminds me of my buddy's logistical ordeal last year.
