Looking for a compact and easy to use gimbal for my new X-T30 II, any good recommendations ?

I suggest you to get the DJI RS 3 Mini, and if you need pair with a big lens, get the RS 4.

DJI RS 3 Mini.

The old DJI RSC2 is still a good gimbal for X-T30II.

Regarding what #3 said about the old DJI RSC2 being good, I actually had a pretty bad time with mine. The motors started vibrating like crazy after just six months of light use. Not ideal when you are trying to get smooth shots... it was super disappointing. Everyone here is pushing the DJI RS 3 Mini or the bigger RS series, but honestly, the DJI software has been a total headache for me lately. It is frustrating because they used to be the gold standard for reliability. If you want something that actually stays connected and doesnt lose its mind during a firmware update, maybe look elsewhere.

  • Zhiyun Crane M3S
  • This thing is tiny and honestly felt way more stable for a small body like the X-T30 II than my old DJI gear.
  • Feiyu SCORP-Mini 2
  • I know the brand sounds less premium but the build quality is surprisingly solid and it hasnt failed on me once. Basically, dont just follow the DJI hype train if you value long-term reliability tho. The others have caught up and in some ways passed them.
