What are the best leather straps for a Leica M11?

So I just got my hands on a Leica M11 last week and honestly I am terrified of dropping it. I have wanted one for literally years and finally saved up the cash but the strap that comes in the box just feels kind of stiff and plastic-y which seems weird for a camera that costs this much?? I dont really know anything about cameras or gear or how people attach these things. I keep seeing these really nice looking leather straps in photos online but I have no idea where to even start looking or what brands are actually good. Is there like a specific type of leather that doesnt scratch the camera body? I saw some people talking about lugs and protectors and I am just super confused by it all. I am going to Italy next month for a vacation and I want something that looks nice but is actually comfortable to wear all day while I am walking around Rome. My budget is probably around 100 or 150 bucks because I already spent way too much on the actual camera lol. Does anyone have any suggestions for a total beginner who just wants something simple and high quality that wont break? I really dont want to mess up the finish on the metal...

In my experience, you should look for straps with integrated leather protectors so those split rings dont mar the M11 top plate.
