Sigma usually prices these things pretty fairly compared to the native glass. If youre looking to save some cash without giving up performance, just stick with any of the Sigma Art lenses. I have been shooting with their stuff for a long time and honestly the value for money is just unbeatable. You get that pro-level build quality for way less than what the big names charge. Ngl, if this lands anywhere near the price of their other fast zooms, its gonna be a must-buy for event shooters. Just go with Sigma, you really cant go wrong with their current lineup if you want to keep costs down but still get great results. Works well for me every time, no complaints.
