I recently purchased a Nikon Z6 II and I'm looking for recommendations on the best memory cards to use with it. The camera has dual card slots (CFexpress Type B and SD UHS-II), and I'm wondering which type and brand would be optimal for both photo and video work. I primarily shoot RAW photos and occasionally 4K video. What capacity should I go for?
CFexpress Type B card: Angelbird AV PRO CFexpress B SE 1 TB Memory Card
UHS-II SD Card: SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-II V90 SDXC
Use the CFexpress for your primary shooting, and the SD as a backup or for less demanding situations. The Lexar Professional 2000x UHS-II SD cards are great for the second slot, while any reputable brand's CFexpress Type B card will work well in the main slot.
I have Angelbird CFexpress Type-B card. Works well on Z6 II and no issue.
CFexpress Type-B card and UHS-II SD card are recommended.
