Finally pulled the trigger on a Z6 II for my Yellowstone trip next month but man the accessory rabbit hole is deep. I saw a lot of people saying the FTZ adapter is a must but I only have one old F-mount lens and it kinda feels like it defeats the purpose of a compact mirrorless body? My logic was maybe just sticking to native Z glass but then I saw the prices haha.
Also super confused about memory cards. Everyone says get CFexpress but they are so pricey and I read that a fast SD card might work fine for just landscape stuff? Im on a tight $400 budget for extras so I dont want to overspend. What are you guys actually carrying every day?
> a fast SD card might work fine for just landscape stuff? Correct. I suggest the Sony Tough-M Series 128GB SDXC UHS-II. It handles landscape stills perfectly and is more cost-effective than CFexpress for your Yellowstone trip.
