Hey! Looking for the best camera case for my Sony a6700. Something protective but not too bulky. Budget is around $100. Any recommendations?

Hey, just saw this thread. Honestly, if you want real protection without the bulk, you should look at the SmallRig Cage for Sony A6700 4336. It is not a case in the traditional sense, but it protects the body from knocks and makes the grip way better for those of us with bigger hands, especially when using heavier glass. If you meant a small bag to carry it in, the Think Tank Mirrorless Mover 20 is my go-to for the a6xxx series. The padding is much denser than what you find in generic Amazon brands, and it fits the a6700 body plus a couple of primes perfectly. It is well under your $100 budget too, usually sitting around 55 bucks. Another solid technical choice is the Lowepro m-Trekker HP 120. It is a hip pack style that works great as a sling if you want something super low profile for street photography. Tbh, I would avoid the soft neoprene sleeves since they dont offer any real impact protection if you actually drop the thing. Stick with something that has some structural integrity.

Been using my a6700 for about 6 months now and tried several cases. For daily carry, I highly recommend the Peak Design 6L Sling - it's the perfect size for the a6700 with the 18-135 lens attached, plus you can fit an extra lens, battery charger and 2 extra batteries plus filters. It's compact, well-padded, and the quality is excellent. Way better than those cheap Amazon cases.
