Is anyone tracking B&H Photo Video’s Early Black Friday sales 2025 yet? I’m wondering when their deals usually start and how good they are compared to Amazon, Best Buy, and Adorama. I’m mainly looking for discounts on cameras, lenses, and maybe a 4K monitor. Do their early sales historically match or beat their Black Friday prices, or is it better to wait until the actual day?

From my experience, B&H's early Black Friday sales are mostly "preview" pricing of what you'll get during the main event. Where B&H sometimes wins is with extra freebies and their customer service. ngl I stumbled upon this discussion and feel like I should play devils advocate here. While everyone is saying to jump in now, I usually prefer to hold off a bit. In my experience, even though they call these Black Friday prices, the really good bundle deals or specific coupon codes sometimes dont pop up until the actual week of. As a beginner, I am also super cautious about the free accessories included in those bundles. Usually, the bags or filters they include are kinda cheap. I learned the hard way that its better to buy a bare camera body and then invest in one reliable thing like a Sony TOUGH-G series SDXC UHS-II 128GB card rather than having a bunch of junk that might fail. Also, definitely double check their return policy for the holiday season. If you buy now, just make sure you still have that extended window in case you find a better price at a local shop or if the specs arent what you expected. Better to be safe than sorry with this much money on the line imo.

From my experience, B&H’s early Black Friday sales are mostly “preview” pricing of what you’ll get during the main event. The big-name brands (Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm) usually have standardized holiday promos across retailers, so B&H, Amazon, and Adorama end up offering very similar prices. Where B&H sometimes wins is with extra freebies (cards, bags, filters) and their customer service. I’d compare total value, not just the sticker price.
