I think those price alerts are a *great* idea, especially since the market is so volatile. Honestly, I’m still pretty new to the technical side of things, but I’ve been reading up on the flight controller systems and battery safety. It seems like the reliability of the hardware is everything? I’m mostly worried about getting a unit that isn't totally legit and having it glitch out mid-air. I’d say just stick with any authorized seller and you basically can't go wrong. It’s better to pay a tiny bit more at a reputable brand-name store for the peace of mind regarding the warranty and the internal sensors. Does the official warranty cover sensor calibration issues out of the box? I'd just stay away from random third-party sites that look sketchy, maybe? I'm not 100% sure but reliability is definitely the biggest concern for me.
