I'm looking for recommendations on the best microphones to use with the Fuji X-S20 for video recording. I want something that provides excellent audio quality and is compatible with the camera's features. Any suggestions on specific models or brands that work well with this camera? Additionally, if there are any tips for setting up the mic for optimal performance, I would appreciate that too. Thanks!

The X-S20's 3.5mm mic input gives you great options! For run-and-gun video, I swear by the Rode VideoMic GO II - compact, lightweight, and no batteries needed. The audio quality is solid for the price.
If you need wireless, the Rode Wireless GO II is fantastic. Two transmitters, great range, and works perfectly with the X-S20. Bit pricier but worth it for interviews or when you can't be tethered.
For budget options, the Deity V-Mic D4 punches above its weight. Super affordable and surprisingly good quality.
Don't forget a deadcat windscreen - outdoor shooting becomes much more usable. Also grab a right-angle 3.5mm cable to avoid stress on the camera's jack.
The X-S20's internal mics are decent for backup, but any external mic will be a huge upgrade.
