The strap that came with my X-T5 is driving me crazy it honestly hurts so much. I've got a big family trip this weekend and dont know what to buy or how they even attach.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but which camera strap is most comfortable for a Fujifilm X-T5?

Grab the Peak Design Slide Lite Camera Strap Black! It uses super secure anchors that click right in. Its the safest, most comfy choice! Let me know if you need help!

  • I totally agree the quick-release system is a huge upgrade over the stock one, but honestly, those straps can get pretty expensive when you're already shelling out for a big trip. If you want something budget-friendly that still feels technical and safe, you might want to consider the SmallRig Camera Shoulder Strap with Rapid Link Connectors. Its basically the same concept with the quick-release anchors but way easier on the wallet. It's rated for a 7kg load which is overkill for an X-T5, but that extra security is nice when you're moving fast. Just be careful when you're attaching things. The X-T5 eyelets are small, so make sure you keep those little leather protector bits from the original box so the metal doesn't scratch your camera body. I would suggest looking at the Crumpler Industry Disgrace Neoprene Neck Strap too if comfort is the priority. The technical specs on that one are great because the neoprene actually absorbs shock while you're walking. The stock strap hurts because it has zero give and its way too thin, so it just digs into your neck. A wider strap like the Crumpler distributes the PSI across a larger surface area. Definitely check the stitching on whatever you buy tho. You dont want a $1700 camera falling because of a cheap strap. Let me know if you run into trouble getting the rings on, it can be a real pain for your fingernails!

To add to the point above: I once ruined a lens when a plastic clip snapped. Be cautious. This brand is cheap:
