I’m looking for a compact prime for street photography on my X-T5. I’m torn between the 23mm f/2 for that classic wide look and the 27mm pancake for maximum portability. I really need fast autofocus for quick candid shots. Between those two, which lens offers the best balance of speed and character for urban shooting?
Ngl, I had issues with the Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR AF speed.
- 23mm: faster AF
- 27mm: cheaper
Honestly, grab a used Fujifilm XF 23mm f/2 R WR for $300!
Works great for me
