[Solved] What is the best Flash for Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III?

Just installed Godox TT350O on my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Based on my use, it fits perfectly, and works seamlessly with Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Highly recommend it.

Been running Godox TT685O on my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III for almost a year (current generation). It's held up well, also worth noting easy to use with Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Great purchase overall.

I've been testing Godox TT350O with my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Performance has been excellent, moreover easy to use with Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Highly recommend it.

Agree, this thread has been reallyyy helpful for me too! Tbh i actually kind of disagree with everyone saying you need to buy a big separate flash though because the E-M5 III is just sooo small and adding a heavy unit basically ruins the balance of the camera dont you think? I am still pretty new to this but i have found that just using the tiny little flash that usually comes with the kit and maybe some simple bounce techniques works really well for most stuff and keeps the kit really light which is basically the whole reason i bought into this system in the first place right? It might be worth trying that first before spending more money on something bulky! TL;DR: Try using the included flash and focus on bounce techniques to keep your setup small and light.

I've been pretty happy with Olympus FL-700WR on my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. In my experience, it's been very reliable, additionally perfect fit for Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Highly recommend it.

Ended up choosing Godox TT350O for my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III (latest update). For me, it has rechargeable, furthermore complements Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III nicely. Very pleased with the purchase.

Currently using Olympus FL-700WR with my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Performance has been excellent, what's more compatible with Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III without any issues. Doesn't disappoint at all.
