I'm diving deeper into macro photography and realized my built-in flash isn't cutting it anymore. I'm looking for recommendations on the best flash setup for macro work. What are your go-to flashes for close-up shots?
I've heard about ring flashes and twin flashes, but I'm not sure which would be better for my needs. I mainly shoot insects and flowers, if that helps. My budget is flexible, but I'd like to keep it under $500 if possible.
What are your experiences with different flash types for macro? Any specific models you swear by? Are there any accessories I should consider alongside the flash?
Thanks in advance for your insights!
Godox Flashes are OK for Macro photography. Such as Godox V1 and V860III.
