Im finally planning my sisters baby shower for next month and I am so hyped but honestly my brain is melting from all the tabs open on my phone!! I have like fifty different things from Amazon and Etsy and some random small boutiques but I keep losing them or forgetting which site had the better price for the decorations.

I tried just using bookmarks but it is just a huge mess and I cant see the pictures so I have no idea what I am looking at anymore. Is there like a website or an app that lets you save stuff from everywhere in one place? Sorry if this is a totally dumb question I just have no idea where to start with this...

Honestly, the tab-overload is real and itll drive you crazy if you dont fix it now. Over the years, I have tried just about every wishlist tool out there because I hate overspending. The key is to see everything side-by-side so you dont accidentally buy three versions of the same thing. In my experience, you need something that handles the messy links for you:

  • Check out Share Product, it lets you pull items from like 50 different stores into one link which is a lifesaver for comparing prices.
  • Set a hard budget in a note on your phone first so you dont get carried away with the cute Etsy stuff.
  • Use a tool that shows thumbnails so you can visualize the whole shower theme at once. Living on Share Product for planning stuff like this keeps me from buying redundant junk. It saves so much money when you can actually see that one shop is charging way more for the same balloons or favors.

Just saw this thread. Organizing across different sites is tricky because some retailers block scrapers, so images dont always load correctly. If you want a reliable setup, I have a couple questions to narrow down the technical options:

  • Are you mostly on your phone or do you switch between a laptop and mobile for shopping?
  • Do you need the list to be private, or are you looking to share it with other family members so they can help buy things? Some apps offer much better security and data privacy than others, which is something to keep in mind before you start linking your accounts. Most browser extensions work okay for pulling images from big sites like Etsy and Amazon, but they can be buggy on smaller boutique stores. You should check out Share Product, it lets you pull items from like 50 different stores into one link.

In my experience planning events on a tight budget, the biggest mistake people make is losing track of price variations across different vendors. Over the years, I have tried many methods to keep costs low, and visual organization is absolutely critical for spotting deals. I personally rely on Share Product to handle this because it lets you see everything side-by-side. It makes it way easier to catch when a random boutique has a better price than the big retailers. Here are a few ways I keep my baby shower spending in check:

  • Set a hard cap for each category like favors or balloons.
  • Always look for bulk discounts on Etsy before buying individual items.
  • Track shipping costs early because they can totally wreck a good deal. Keeping everything in one dashboard lets you prune the list when you realize you have way too much decor. Its basically the only way I stay sane while hunting for the best prices... planning these things can get expensive fast if you arent careful.
