How can I save items from various online shops into one list?

Im currently in the middle of a massive studio renovation here in London and its honestly becoming a total nightmare to manage. I usually consider myself pretty tech-savvy when it comes to e-commerce—Ive used basic browser extensions and Pinterest boards for years—but this specific project is just on a different level.

I am sourcing furniture and hardware from about fifteen different sites like Wayfair, some niche Scandinavian shops, and even a few random Etsy sellers. My Chrome is literally lagging because I have about 60 tabs open just to compare prices and stock levels and my RAM is just crying at this point. I tried using a standard universal wishlist app last night but it wouldnt scrape the pricing data or images correctly from the smaller boutique sites and its just making me more stressed.

I have a hard deadline to get everything ordered by Friday morning so my contractor can start on time and I am totally losing track of what is where. Is there a reliable tool or a more robust way to sync all these different product pages into one master list that actually stays updated? I need something that handles metadata better than a basic bookmark folder because I cant keep clicking back and forth to see if stuff is still in stock...
