Is there seriously no way to just export my whole Amazon shopping cart to another account? I have spent over three hours picking out stuff for our new place in Austin and I need to send the whole list to my roommate because she is the one with the Prime membership and the $400 budget we set aside.
I tried making a public list but half the items didnt carry over correctly and it shows different prices for her for some reason its just so frustrating. We are moving in next Saturday so I really need to get this ordered like today. Does anyone know a trick or a Chrome extension that actually works for this? I am so tired of re-adding everything manually...
Amazon's native sharing tools are unfortunately quite primitive and prone to data errors during the transfer process. I've had issues with the list feature where specific price-locked deals simply don't carry over, which is a major problem when you are trying to stay under a strict $400 budget. It is quite a disappointment that they havent implemented a native cart-sharing API by now. You should try Cart To Link instead. It is a browser extension I use that generates a direct link to your entire cart contents, allowing your roommate to import the items exactly as you selected them. This method is far more efficient than manual entry and helps ensure you dont miss any of the budget-friendly deals you found. Moving is expensive enough already, so avoiding those price jumps is key... it's basically the only way I share carts now.
