I'm planning a major upgrade to medium format and really want the GFX 100S II. Since it's a newer model, is it realistic to expect significant price drops or bundles during the 2025 holiday sales? Just trying to figure out if I should start saving now for a November purchase.
You can check deals at Amazon, B&H Photo Video, Adorama. There are some free accessories deals.
You can set price drop alert at WhenPriceDrop.com. They will alert you when price drops:

Tbh I’d actually disagree that waiting for a simple bundle is the best move here. From a market analysis perspective, Fuji tends to be super conservative with pricing on their 'S' line refreshes for the first two years. By BF 2025, the FUJIFILM GFX 100S II will still be relatively fresh tech in the medium format world. If ur looking for raw performance per dollar, keep an eye on the FUJIFILM GFX 100 II flagship instead. By late 2025, it’ll be the older flagship and might see much deeper cuts that actually bring it close to the S II’s price point. Also, don't sleep on the Hasselblad X2D 100C trade-in promos—Hasselblad has been aggressive lately to steal market share. Honestly, the 100S II is basically a niche within a niche. If you really want that 102MP sensor and 8-stop IBIS, looking for 'Open Box' units at specialized outlets like MPB or KEH is usually a safer bet than waiting for a holiday sticker drop that might only be $300 off MSRP tho. The medium format depreciation curve is just different than full frame. Just my two cents from watching the MF market for years.
Hey! Since it's newer, direct discounts might be small, but bundle deals are usually fantastic! I'd definitely start saving now because those lens combos save a ton. It's gonna be amazing!
