Hello, you can set price drop alert at WhenPriceDrop. They will alert you when X-T50 price dropped.

X-T50 is still a new camera. I don't think there will be any instant rebates. But you can check deals at Amazon and B&H Photo Video.

To add to the point above: monitoring the 40MP sensor performance has been a hobby of mine lately and I am honestly super satisfied with the data. The way it handles heat dissipation during long bursts works well for my workflow. No complaints at all from a technical standpoint. Just a few things to be cautious about if you are digging for deals:

  • Avoid those grey market listings. Those serial numbers wont be recognized by official repair centers, leaving you stuck if the mainboard fries or the shutter acts up.
  • Be extremely careful with DIY sensor cleaning. Since the sensor floats on the IBIS unit, its much more fragile than the fixed ones in the older models. I almost learned that the hard way trying to blow out a dust speck.
  • Use resources like CamelCamelCamel or Keepa to track the actual price floor history. Often these Black Friday deals are just bundles with slow SD cards or cheap filters that dont actually save you money. I remember tracking a similar launch and the real price drops didnt hit until the second year, so just make sure you are getting actual value for the hardware.

Haven't seen deals yet. Instead, maybe consider a used X-T40? It's electronically similar, but be careful buying used; verify shutter count first!
