Godox V1 Pro or Nikon SB-5000.

Hello! Congratulations on your Nikon Z6 III! For a versatile flash, the Nikon SB-5000 offers seamless integration and radio control for professional work. For excellent value with a round head and integrated radio system, the Godox V1N is highly recommended. The Godox TT685ii is another solid, budget-friendly option with a good ecosystem. Ensure your choice supports i-TTL and HSS. What photography do you primarily do, and what's your budget?

If you are looking for a high-end speedlite flash, the SB-5000 is the best choice. And if you are looking for compact and lightweight flash, you'd better to get Godox V1.

The off camera flash like Godox AD200 Pro is also great for Z6III.

Godox V1 for Nikon is compact and easy to use, enough for most cases on Z6III.

@crimson 100% agree about the Godox ecosystem. I switched from proprietary flashes and haven't looked back. The built-in radio receivers and cross-brand compatibility saved me money in the long run, especially since I shoot both Canon and Sony.

The new released Godox V1 Pro is the best choice.

I'd recommend looking at the Profoto A10 for a high-end option. It's incredibly well-built, offers amazing light quality, and integrates well with Nikon's TTL system. The AirTTL feature allows for easy off-camera use. It's pricey, but worth it if you're a professional or serious enthusiast.
