Can I merge Amazon UK carts between two different accounts?

So me and my partner are finally moving into our first flat in East London next Saturday and I am seriously buzzing about it!! Weve both been building up these massive carts on Amazon UK for weeks now with all the essentials—weve got a Ninja air fryer, some Egyptian cotton sheets, a fancy toaster, and a bunch of kitchen stuff like a £500 total spend between us. The problem is we both have separate accounts and I really want to just combine everything into one big checkout so we can use this big gift card my nan gave us and make sure it all arrives on the same day. I did some digging and saw people mentioning Amazon Household but that looks like its just for sharing Prime Video and stuff? I also saw some old threads saying you can use a shared wishlist but that seems like such a headache when we already have like 40 items sitting in our baskets ready to go. Is there any actual way to just merge the two carts together directly without having to go through and find every single item again on one account? Or am I stuck doing it the long way...
