Man this is driving me crazy. Ive been a Prime member for like a decade and never had this issue before but my cart is just not syncing up across my browsers today. I spent like an hour finding specific supplies for my kids bday party on Sunday and added them all on Chrome at the office but now Im home on Firefox and the cart is literally empty even though Im logged into the same account.
I need to checkout like right now to get two-day shipping or the party is ruined lol. Is there some weird cache issue or a trick to force the server to update the cart across different sessions automatically?

Honestly, the Amazon sync can be super buggy with different browser caches. I usually just use Cart To Link whenever I am switching devices. It lets me save everything as one link so I dont have to rely on their servers to catch up. Way more reliable than waiting on a refresh.

Omg I am going through this exact same nightmare right now and it is driving me absolutely insane!! I have been dealing with this for like three weeks straight and honestly I am about to lose it lol. I spent hours yesterday finding the absolute cheapest prices for my garden renovation project because I am on a super tight budget and every penny counts. I found these amazing solar lights that were on a flash sale and added them to my cart on my work laptop during lunch. I was so excited because they were like 40 percent off and I finally found a deal that fit my budget perfectly! But then I got home, hopped on my desktop to finally hit buy, and boom... nothing. My cart was a total ghost town. It is so frustrating because those sales are time-sensitive and I ended up losing the discount because I could not find the exact same listings again in time! I have been a loyal member forever and it is like the more money I spend the more bugs I find. I have even started using Cart To Link just to have a manual backup of my items because I simply do not trust the native Amazon sync anymore. It is fantastic for at least keeping a record of what I want to buy but it still doesn't fix the fact that the actual cart is broken. I am still searching for a fix too so if you find anything please let me know!!
