Is anyone else eyeing the Sony a6400 for Cyber Monday 2025?
I’ve been holding off on upgrading my camera for a while and the a6400 keeps coming up as a really solid choice for both travel photos and casual video (maybe some YouTube/vlogging later). I’m mainly interested in the body + kit lens (16-50mm) to start, but I’d consider a body-only deal if the discount is big enough.
For those who’ve tracked Sony a6400 prices or bought one during previous Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales: what kind of deals should I realistically expect in 2025 (percentage off, typical bundles, gift cards, etc.) and which retailers usually have the best offers on this specific camera?

Skip new ones, you may take a look at used ones, they are usually much cheaper:
Just found this thread! Honestly, I spent sooo much time researching this stuff before I finally settled on Sony. I was reallyyy torn between the Sony a6400 and something like the Fujifilm X-T30 II or the Canon EOS R10. The Fuji colors look amazing but the autofocus on the Sony just seemed way more reliable for a beginner like me who doesn't want to mess up shots. Here are two things I noticed during my deep dive: * Watch out for "kit bundles" that add cheap tripods or filters—they usually aren't worth the extra $50 over the base kit.
* Check the battery life specs compared to other brands; Sony mirrors are great but you'll definitely want to budget for an extra battery or two. Tbh, even though it's a few years old, the market research basically says the a6400 still holds its own against newer rivals. I think the lens ecosystem is just better? Not 100% sure but that's what everyone seems to say lol. Hope ur able to snag a good deal!
