What are the best RF lenses to pair with the EOS R1 for various photography styles, such as sports, wildlife, and portraits? Are there any EF lenses that work particularly well with the R1 using the adapter? I want to ensure I get the most out of this camera's capabilities. Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Any RF L series lenses are recommended.

The RF 28-70mm f/2L would be my top recommendation for the R1. It's practically three fast primes in one lens, and the image quality matches the R1's monster sensor. Yes, it's heavy, but on a pro body like the R1 it balances well.
