I'm looking to upgrade my landscape setup and wondering what X-mount lens you'd recommend. Currently shooting with the kit 18-55mm but want something sharper with better corner performance. I've been eyeing the 16-55mm f/2.8 and 10-24mm f/4, but the 16mm f/1.4 also looks tempting for astrophotography. Mostly shoot national parks and coastal scenes. Budget around $800-1200. What's been your go-to for landscapes? Any real-world experience with these options would be super helpful!

For pure landscape work, I'd recommend the XF 10-24mm f/4. The ultra-wide perspective is incredible for capturing expansive scenes, and the f/4 aperture is totally fine since you'll likely be shooting at f/8-f/11 anyway for maximum sharpness. It's also much lighter than the 16-55mm, which matters when you're hiking to remote locations. The only downside is the variable aperture, but honestly, it's rarely an issue.
