I'm starting this new remote job on Monday and my boss told me to pick out a desk chair and some monitor stands on Amazon so the company can pay for it. I have everything in my cart right now which is about 450 bucks but I literally cannot find a way to just send him a link to the whole thing. I've been looking for like twenty minutes and I feel so dumb lol.

Is there a button I'm missing? I need to get this over to him before he leaves the office at 5pm today or I wont have my stuff in time for my first day. How do I actually send the cart as a link?

Amazon doesn't actually have a built-in button to share a live cart because of security reasons and how their database handles individual user sessions. You arent missing anything, it literally just doesnt exist on the site. Most people end up trying to copy the URL of the cart page but that just sends the boss to their own empty cart which is super annoying for everyone involved. The most direct way to handle this without using third-party software is to move everything from your cart into a new Public or Shared List. You basically go to your cart, click the Move to list option for each item, then go to your lists and set the privacy to shared. From there, you get a unique link you can actually email over. It works fine, but it takes a few extra clicks and feels clunky when you are in a rush to meet a 5pm deadline. It's basically the only way to stay within the official Amazon ecosystem. Another option if you are really stuck is just taking a screenshot of the cart and sending the specific ASIN numbers found in the product details, but that is kinda messy for the person buying. If you want to keep it professional for a new boss, the list method is the most reliable native solution even if it's a bit tedious to set up manually. I usually just use Cart To Link to send my PC builds to friends; much easier than copy-pasting ten different product links.

TL;DR: Create a public Wish List. I dealt with this exact stress last year. I tried copying the URL and my boss just saw his own empty cart... total fail since carts are session-based. I ended up moving everything into a public Wish List so he could just bulk-add the items. Another option is the Share-A-Cart extension tho. It generates a code that recreates your cart so you wont miss the deadline.
