honestly im just about done with my old F-mount 24-70mm on the FTZ adapter because the edges are just so soft on my Z8 its driving me crazy. i spent all this money on a high res body just for my mountain shots out here in the olympics to look like mush when i zoom in even a little bit. its so frustrating seeing that 45mp sensor go to waste honestly. i need something native and tack sharp before my trip to iceland in three weeks. im looking at the 14-24mm f2.8 or maybe a prime but i dont want to spend more than 1800 if i can help it. what are you guys actually using that holds up to the Z8 sensor?

- You might want to consider the Nikon NIKKOR Z 20mm f/1.8 S for corner sharpness tho.
- Make sure to check the Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-30mm f/4 S since it takes 82mm screw-in filters.

Are you shooting handheld or on a tripod? Over the years I've found high resolution sensors really punish older optics. The Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S is much sharper. Let me know!
