Hey everyone!
I'm planning a big camera upgrade and the Sony ZV-E1 is seriously on my radar. I'm really hoping to snag it during a major sale event. Did it see any notable price drops during past Black Friday/Cyber Monday events? Any specific retailers that tend to have the best offers on Sony cameras? I'm trying to budget effectively and would love to avoid paying full price if at all possible!
So, has anyone seen or heard any predictions about Sony ZV-E1 Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals for 2025?

tbh I wouldnt hold my breath for a massive price cut on the ZV-E1 body itself. Sony tends to keep their premium compact prices pretty steady even during the holidays. instead of just watching price alerts for a sale that might only be fifty bucks, i would look into Open Box units from authorized dealers. its a much more reliable way to save real money without compromising the warranty. if you do pull the trigger, make sure you budget for high-quality media. that camera is a beast for video but it really needs something like the Sony TOUGH-G series SDXC UHS-II 128GB to handle the bitrates without crashing. also, definitely grab an extra Sony NP-FZ100 Rechargeable Battery because you are gonna need it for long shoots. ngl, checking the refurbished sections at the big retailers usually gets you a better deal than waiting for black friday anyway.
