Are there any recommended lens adapters for using EF glass on L-mount?

I just grabbed a Lumix S5II for a wedding gig this Saturday and totally forgot I need an adapter for my Canon glass. Everyone keeps mentioning the Sigma MC-21 but then I read the continuous autofocus is basically dead for video which is what I mostly do. Is the Fotodiox Pro any better or am I just gonna be stuck with manual focus for the whole shoot?

Doing a wedding with a brand new setup you havent tested is a bold move lol. Honestly, I'd be real cautious with the Sigma MC-21 Mount Converter EF-L for video. Even though the S5II has phase detect, that adapter still acts wonky sometimes in continuous mode depending on the lens. I would suggest avoiding the Fotodiox Pro Fusion Adapter EF to L-Mount for high-stakes stuff like this because the firmware can be glitchy and might drop connection. Tbh, you might want to consider just renting a native lens like the Panasonic Lumix S 24-105mm f/4 Macro OIS for the weekend. Adapted glass is fine for b-roll, but for the ceremony? I wouldnt trust it to track a walking bride perfectly. If you're stuck with EF, the Sigma is basically the standard, but maybe prepare to pull focus manually... just in case.
