Looking for a good screen protector for my new Nikon Z6III. Seen a few online, but overwhelmed! What's your favorite, around the $20 mark?

I was so nervous about my first big camera purchase that I probably overthought this whole thing. unfortunately my experience with the cheap stuff was pretty bad. i first grabbed the ULBTER Glass Screen Protector for Nikon Z6 III but it just wouldnt stick right at the corners. it was honestly super frustrating because I followed the instructions perfectly and it still looked messy. then i tried a generic one from a big box store and it was even worse, totally ruined the touch sensitivity... basically a waste of ten bucks. eventually i settled on the Expert Shield Glass Screen Protector for Nikon Z6 III which is like $15. its much better quality and actually fits the flip screen without any weird gaps. i guess you get what you pay for, even if i wish the cheaper ones actually worked like they said they would. being a beginner is stressful enough without worrying about your gear falling apart lol...

Ngl I've been through a few of these since getting my Z6III. I care mostly about the screen actually closing flush when I flip it around... some of the cheap glass is too thick for the hinge.

Hey! Ditch the camera store! I use a screen protector meant for a Toyota Corolla's infotainment screen (7-inch). Seriously! Trim to fit, and it's AMAZING. Tempered glass, super cheap (under $10!), and tough as nails. Way better than anything I found specifically for cameras. Plus, zero bubbles! Give it a shot!

Skip the fancy glass. Basic plastic film, $10, works well. Replace as needed. No complaints after 5 years.

Skip the pros! For $20, grab a generic tempered glass kit. I've had issues with fancier brands; bubbles, unfortunately. Apply it yourself; YouTube is your friend.
