I’ve been eyeing the Nikon Z6 III as an upgrade to my aging D750, but the current launch price is a bit steep for my budget. With the holiday shopping season approaching and aggressive competition from Canon and Sony, does anyone anticipate a price drop or perhaps a lens bundle deal soon?
Is it too new for discounts, or should I hold off for a few months? I’d hate to buy now and see a sale next week! Any insights are appreciated.
You can set price drop alert at WhenPriceDrop.com. They will alert you when price drops:

Don’t look for a price drop; look for a "Trade-Up" bonus. Nikon frequently runs promos where they give you the trade-in value of your old camera plus an extra $200 or $300 bonus toward a new Z body. Since you have a D750, that’s probably your best route to lowering the out-of-pocket cost right now. Keep an eye on B&H Photo Video for those specific trade events.
I wouldn't hold your breath. The Z6 III is still very new in the product cycle. Nikon usually protects the launch price for at least the first 6 to 9 months to maximize early adopter revenue. We might see a "bundle savings" where you get $100 off if you buy it with the 24-120mm lens around Black Friday, but a straight body-only price cut is unlikely until next summer.
