According to latest rumors, EOS R5 Mark II will be released in August 2024.

From CR:

The EOS R5 Mark II has now been pushed back to a July announcement, with availability happening in late August. We have been told that the Canon USA training sessions have also been bumped to August. These happen before major products begin shipping. A delay beyond that would be a surprise, especially now that they have put the camera in more people's hands.
